Our Vision

Imagine a collection of broken, sin-stained, and weary individuals who have an encounter with the living Jesus and are transformed by His love & forgiveness.  Imagine as the labels from their past begin to fall off.  Imagine as they take their first steps of following Jesus, like a toddler learning to walk.  Imagine when they fall down their Heavenly Father is there to scoop them up & put them back on their feet.  Imagine as their fire and love for Jesus steadily grows as they set their aim to know Him, become like Him and share His priorities!

Imagine as they link arms with other Christ followers to live in community & not isolation.  Imagine as they learn to love and mentor each other.  Imagine as their hearts enlarge for those trying to make life work without Jesus.  Imagine as they grow together, share life together, extend grace together, strengthen the weak together, worship together, and serve together releasing God's love in their community.  Their community will never be the same because God is in their midst.  Imagine.  We Are!

Our Mission is TLC

We are a church of small groups, Transforming our community together, Learning to follow Jesus together and cultivating this lifestyle in each other!

Our Values (Every group has a set of defining values which drive & shape them.  We have tried our best to identify ours, even if we're not perfect at living them all out at this point.  The goal is progress not perfection.)

C - Christ Centered - We are all about Christ and developing a personal relationship with Him.
O - Outreach Driven - We have a growing compassion and urgency to reach those who don't yet know Christ.
M - Making Disciples - We are committed to helping people grow in spiritual maturity either 1 on 1 or in Community Groups (Small groups that meet weekly for fellowship. worship, Bible study & outreach)
M - Multiplication - We recognize that healthy groups grow & multiply so others can be reached.
U - Unified Strategy - We meet in large groups for Worship/Teaching & in Community Groups for understanding/applying the Bible to real life and outreach.
N - Noticeable Love - We don't want to be known for anything less than how much we love God and love people.
I - Intentional Leadership Development - We encourage everyone to be trained through the School of Discipleship.  We believe that leadership is everyone's destiny!
T - Team Ministry - We work together to build our Community Groups and Coaches work along side of each leader.
Y - Yielded to God - We don't need better programs but people who are more yielded to God through prayer.
